Can I upgrade my shipping?

Can I ship outside of Canada?
Yes, we ship world wide, if there are any restrictions we will let you know and will try to find a solution. We do reserve the right to cancel an order if there are no appropriate shipping options to your destination.

What if the colors varies from the online picture?
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on our eshop. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be completely accurate.

What do I do if you my items is damaged?
All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition, please contact us at cs@narces.com

Could I book and appointment at your Toronto show room to see available styles and meet the designer?
Yes we offer appointments for custom fittings, custom gowns and even wedding gowns at our downtown studio, just contact us at cs@narces.com to set an appointment.
