Shipping within Canada
We offer tracked shipping throughout Canada.
Standard shipping is $15 CAD, with complimentary standard shipping on orders of $250 CAD or more before taxes.
Expedited shipping may be available for an additional charge. If you need your order by a particular date, please contact us at cs@narces.com before ordering or leave us a note at checkout.
Shipping to the United States
We offer tracked shipping throughout the United States.
Standard shipping is $25 CAD, with complimentary standard shipping on orders of $350 CAD or more before taxes.
Expedited shipping may be available depending on your destination and required delivery date.
International Shipping
NARCES ships internationally.
Shipping rates for destinations outside Canada and the United States are calculated at checkout based on the destination and available delivery service.
International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, customs charges or other import fees imposed by the destination country. Unless specifically stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the NARCES purchase price or shipping charge.
Toronto Studio Pickup
Complimentary pickup is available from our Toronto studio.
You will receive confirmation when your order is ready to be collected. Please wait for this confirmation before coming to the studio for pickup.
When will my order ship?
In-stock pieces are generally prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information by email.
Made-to-order, pre-order and custom pieces have individual production timelines. We will communicate the expected timeline with you based on your order.
If you are purchasing for a specific event date, please let us know. Rush production is one of the advantages of working directly with the NARCES atelier, and we can often accommodate approaching event dates depending on the design, materials and our production schedule. Rush fees may apply.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Please review your shipping information carefully before completing your order.
If you notice an error, contact us as quickly as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot guarantee that the shipping address can be changed or the package redirected.
Duties & Taxes
Canadian orders are not subject to customs duties. Applicable Canadian sales taxes are calculated at checkout.
Orders shipped outside Canada may be subject to local duties, taxes, customs charges or import fees. Unless specifically stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable by NARCES.
RETURNS
Because NARCES offers a combination of in-stock, made-to-order and custom pieces, return eligibility depends on the type of item purchased.
Please review the product page carefully before placing your order.
In-Stock & Ready-to-Ship Pieces
Eligible in-stock and ready-to-ship items may be returned for a refund if you contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, unaltered and undamaged, with all original tags attached.
Items showing signs of wear, fragrance, makeup, alterations, damage or removed tags will not be accepted.
Original shipping charges, duties and taxes are non-refundable.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service. NARCES cannot be responsible for a return package until it has been received by us.
Returns must be approved before being shipped. Please contact cs@narces.com with your order number to request a return authorization.
Made-to-Order Pieces
Made-to-order pieces are created specifically after your order is placed and are therefore final sale.
Made-to-order items cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded unless there is a verified fault or an error on our part.
If you are unsure about sizing before ordering a made-to-order piece, please contact us or Request a Private Appointment →. We would much rather help you choose correctly before your piece goes into production.
Customized, Made-to-Measure & Bespoke Pieces
Any item that has been customized, altered from its original design, made to individual measurements or created specifically for a client is final sale.
This includes changes to colour, fabrication, length, sleeves, neckline, embellishment, measurements or other design details.
Because these pieces are created specifically for you, they cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
Sale & Final Sale Items
Items specifically marked Final Sale are not eligible for return, exchange or refund.
Any additional final-sale conditions will be clearly identified on the relevant product page.
What if there is a problem with my order?
Every NARCES piece is inspected before it leaves us.
If you believe you have received an incorrect item or an item with a fault, please contact us at cs@narces.com as soon as possible after delivery and include your order number and photographs of the issue.
If we confirm that NARCES has made an error or that the item has a manufacturing fault, we will work with you to resolve it and will cover reasonable shipping costs associated with the approved return, repair or replacement.
Please note that variations in handmade embellishment, embroidery, feathers, natural materials and other artisanal details are part of the individual character of these pieces and are not necessarily considered faults.
How do I request an eligible return?
Before sending anything back, please contact us at cs@narces.com with your order number and the item you would like to return.
Once your return has been approved, we will provide return instructions.
Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for tracked and insured return shipping.
Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Once an eligible return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
